This manual provides with detail technical informationconcerning DALILUX  DALI Master USB. The addressing,programming and commissioning including the Software Tool, and the use of thedevice are described using examples. The device is used for control of DALIequipment, e.g. ballasts, transformers or LED converters with DALI interfacescompliant to EN 62386 (formerly EN 60929). The output of the device can be usedto connect up to 64 DALI devices. The 64 DALI devices can be individuallyaddressed and allocated as required in up to 16 lighting groups 16 lighting scenes. The application program offers a range offunctions: Switching(on/off), dimming, setting of brightness values, , Statusfeedbacks via common or separate objects Status response of a lamp.Programmingof individual maximum and minimum dimming limit values (dimming thresholds)Different dimming speeds for switching(feed time), setting brightness anddimming.Behaviour at DALI voltage failure and recovery .Programming of thebrightness value (power on level) and system failure level.Function Sequencefor programming of running lights or colour effects. The device combines boththe internationally standardized and open standards in the digital illuminationcontrol DALI (EN 62386 or EN 60929)

   Ø Scan all the device connected onthe DALI Bus(The device must comply with DALI standard) ,the device will beaddressed(New initialisation and System extension)

   Ø 64 device with Broadcast or encoded

   This device use a standard DIN railinstallation.instal directly to the stardard rail

   All the operation of this device arefollowing the command,sending from the DALI master software(DALI Standard).

   Common problem analyze:

   1. ALARM light up: DALI Overcurrentor short-circuit failure on the bus.

   2. DALI master can not be controlled:

   1)       Please double check if properly installed thewiring.

   2)      If the loaded DALIdevice working damaged

   3)      If the address is thesame as DALI master interface address

   4)      Check if some problemwith the DALI BUS(check voltage if 16-17VDC)
